For this exercise, imagine that you’re sitting alone in a park on a sunny, quiet afternoon. There are a handful of kids and some caregivers in the playground area. A few other people wander the paths, or sit on the benches. A small fountain or body of water is nearby. The sun is out, the world feels peaceful, and you have come to the park simply to soak up some rays and eat a croissant (or pastry of your choice).
